The positive thermal CTP plate have very high requirements on the quality of the plate base. If the flatness of the plate is poor, then the laser imaging quality will be affected.

Therefore, also need special attention to the baking resistance of aluminum plate base. There are two kinds of baking conditions, the 4 minutes at 280℃ and 10 minutes at 220℃. Normal recommend baking the plate to golden color is enough. If baking to brown color, then is over baking.
